Anthony Palmiotto, Esq.
Anthony Palmiotto, Esq. is a graduate of the State of University of New York at Albany in 1979 and the University Of New Hampshire School Of Law (formerly the Franklin Pierce Law Center) in 1982. He was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1983 and also is admitted to the United States District Courts of the Southern, Eastern, Northern and Western Districts of New York. He has practiced in the fields of bankruptcy law, criminal defense and civil litigation defense, primarily in premises liability and constructions site accidents. He has represented various corporate clients including Kohl&'s Department Store, Boston Marker, Aldi's and J.C. Penney's as well as school districts and private sports related and recreational entities. Mr. Palmitto has performed legal services for several insurance carriers including Liberty Mutual, Sedgwick Claims, Gallagher Basset, Markel Insurance, Harleysville, MESA Underwriters and James River Insurance. He has handled cases throughout the State of New York including pre-trial discovery, depositions, motion practice and mediation and has been successful in a large number of summary judgment motions.
