Richard A. Shannon, Esq

Richard A. Shannon, Esq., graduated from Villanova University and from St. John's University School of Law. He is admitted to the practice of law in New York State, the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts, and to the State Court of Connecticut. He has over thirty five (35) years of experience in Tort and Insurance Litigation. He has actively litigated all aspects of negligence, personal injury and property damage suits in the defense of insurance companies, a public housing corporation, municipalities, a public utility corporation, and private corporations in automobile liability, premises liability and construction accident litigation, as in-house counsel and in private practice. He has handled matters in each of the five (5) boroughs of the City of New York, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester, Rockland, Orange, and Dutchess Counties, as well as in upstate venues.
