Brian M. Martin, Esq., graduated from Fairfield University in 1996 and New York Law School in 2005. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and in the United States District Court for the Southern District. He has over seventeen (17) years of experience in Tort and Insurance Litigation. He has actively litigated and been successful in trying cases involving automotive liability, premises and the dispute of no-fault payments. He has also written appeals on such matters and has argued them before the Appellate Division, Second Department. Mr. Martin has handled matters in each of the five (5) boroughs of the City of New York, Nassau, Suffolk, Westchester and Rockland Counties.
