Criminal Law

Our firm has a depth of experience involving criminal matters in both local courts and District and County courts in the Metropolitan area. Robert P. Sweeney, Esq. is a former prosecutor with The Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.

The firm, under Mr. Sweeney's supervision, has handled DWI, theft and larceny cases, assault matters and cases in Drug Courts. We also represent clients in traffic matters in Village Courts, District Courts, and Traffic Court.
